By downloading or using WristAssistant (“the App”), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the App
Section titled “Use of the App”WristAssistant is a companion app for Home Assistant. It requires a working Home Assistant installation. You’re responsible for your own HA instance and network.
Purchases
Section titled “Purchases”WristAssistant offers a one-time premium upgrade through the App Store, subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests go through Apple.
Third-Party Services
Section titled “Third-Party Services”The App connects to your self-hosted Home Assistant. We’re not responsible for your HA installation’s availability or security. Anonymous analytics use PostHog — see our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Section titled “Disclaimers”The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee it’ll be error-free or compatible with all HA setups. We’re not liable for damages from use of the App, including smart home device control.
Home Automation
Section titled “Home Automation”The App controls real devices. You’re responsible for safe operation. Always verify critical actions (locks, alarms) through HA or physical controls.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
