Groups

Groups let you link tiles together so they share the same visual style — backgrounds, borders, and animations. Edit the group once and every tile in it updates.

Setup

Select tiles in the editor → Group → name it → pick a shared style (outline, glow, gradient, or subtle). Groups can also have animated overlay effects. You can also use multi-select to edit multiple tiles at once without grouping them.

Styles

• Outline — A shared border around all tiles in the group
• Glow — A soft glow effect connecting the tiles
• Gradient — A shared gradient background across the group
• Subtle — A gentle visual link without being distracting

Each style can be combined with animated borders — pulse, shimmer, rainbow, chase, sparkle, or comet.

Use Cases

• Room groups — All kitchen lights sharing the same look
• Category groups — Security devices with a matching border style
• Accent groups — Highlight important tiles with a shared animated border
• Status groups — Combine with themes for consistent per-page styling

Groups pair well with themes — apply a page-wide theme, then use groups for additional visual organization within the page.
