Focus Filters
When you turn on a Focus mode, WristAssistant can trigger Home Assistant actions automatically. Sleep Focus dims the lights. Work Focus sets the office. Driving opens the garage. Runs in the background without opening the app.

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”Each Focus mode gets an activation action and an optional deactivation action:
Sleep — Activates: “Bedtime” scene (dim lights, lock doors). Deactivates: “Good Morning” scene (hallway lights, coffee maker).
Work — Activates: Office light to work brightness. Deactivates: Normal lighting.
Driving — Activates: Open garage, exterior lights. Deactivates: Close garage, entryway lights.
Exercise — Activates: Gym lights on, fan to high. Deactivates: Gym lights off.
iPhone Settings → Focus → pick a focus → scroll to Focus Filters → add WristAssistant → choose what triggers.
